How does the dialed. | monthly membership work?

Each month, members receive one 16oz bottle of their selected flavor. Your membership renews monthly from your original sign-up date, with shipping billed at that time.

Your selection remains the same unless you update the syrup flavor in the "choose next month's flavor" page before renewal.
How do I select next month’s flavor?

If you're not logged into your account, first do so at account.dialedsyrups.com, or click the profile icon and sign in using the email used to place your order.

Once you're signed in, navigate to the main website and select "choose next month's flavor" in the menu.

Select the month you're adjusting and the flavor you'd like. Hit "save selection."
Can I pause or skip a shipment?

Yes. From your account dashboard, select “Manage subscription” and choose Skip or Pause. You can also cancel your membership from here- there are no contracts.
Deadline for changing upcoming selection...

You can update your selections anytime before your renewal date. Any changes made after your renewal date will apply to the following month.
Why are orders limited to Tennessee?

Dialed is currently produced under Tennessee’s cottage food regulations, which allow us to sell within the state only. As we grow, we look forward to expanding availability.
